House Rules

§ 1 General Provisions

These House Rules regulate the stay and the use of services within the premises of RELAX POINT and serve to ensure safety, hygiene, the protection of property, and a pleasant atmosphere for all guests.

By making an online booking and/or entering the premises, the user acknowledges these House Rules as binding.

These House Rules supplement the Terms and Conditions (T&C). In the event of any contradictions, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

The current version of these House Rules is available for inspection on the premises and will be provided upon request.

§ 2 Access and Conditions of Use

Access to the services of RELAX POINT is only permitted with prior reservation and within the available capacity.

The operator is entitled to refuse access or terminate the use of services if objective reasons exist, particularly in cases of:

• signs of contagious diseases
• open wounds
• intoxication due to alcohol or other substances
• behavior that endangers the safety, property or well-being of other guests

Access is granted within the framework of applicable law and at the reasonable discretion of the operator.

§ 3 Hygiene and Use of Facilities

RELAX POINT places special emphasis on hygiene and cleanliness.

After using a massage chair, guests are required to clean the contact surfaces using the disinfectant wipes provided.

All facilities must be used with care and only for their intended purpose.

Any actions that may lead to contamination, damage or malfunction of the equipment are prohibited.

§ 4 Shoes, Outerwear and Order

To maintain hygiene and protect carpet surfaces, guests are required to remove their shoes immediately upon entering the premises.

Outerwear and shoes must be placed only in the designated area at the entrance.

Entering the massage chair area with shoes or placing shoes on the chairs is strictly prohibited.

In case of violations, the operator may refuse the use of services.

§ 5 Personal Belongings

Bags and other personal belongings may be placed next to the respective massage chair within the guest’s direct line of sight.

Outerwear and shoes must only be placed in the designated area at the entrance.

RELAX POINT does not provide custody for personal belongings and no custodial relationship is established.

Guests are solely responsible for cash, valuables and other personal items.

To the extent permitted by law, RELAX POINT shall not be liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings unless the damage results from intent or gross negligence on the part of the operator.

§ 6 Rules of Conduct

RELAX POINT is a place of rest and relaxation.

Guests are required to show consideration for other visitors and comply with public order.

In particular, the following are prohibited:

• loud, aggressive or disruptive behavior
• immoral or inappropriate conduct
• use of the premises for purposes other than intended

Smoking, including e-cigarettes and similar products, is strictly prohibited.

Bringing animals into the premises as well as introducing or using essential oils or other substances is prohibited.

The consumption of food and drinks in the massage chair area is not permitted.

In case of violations, the operator is entitled to immediately terminate the service and exercise their house rights (ban from the premises).

§ 7 Damage and Guest Liability

Guests are liable for intentional or negligent damage to the property or facilities of RELAX POINT.

In the event of damage or significant contamination, the guest is obliged to fully compensate for the resulting costs, including repair, replacement and cleaning costs.

The operator is entitled to assert corresponding claims based on the booking data.

§ 8 Liability of RELAX POINT

The use of massage chairs is at the guest’s own responsibility.

In the case of health concerns or doubts about one’s health condition, medical consultation is recommended before use. The operator does not perform medical evaluations of guests.

RELAX POINT shall only be liable in cases provided by law, particularly:

• for damage to life, body or health
• in cases of intent or gross negligence

In all other cases, liability is limited to the statutory minimum requirements.

§ 9 House Rights

The operator of RELAX POINT exercises house rights.

In the event of violations of these House Rules, a temporary or permanent ban from the premises may be issued without entitlement to a refund for unused services.

§ 10 Final Provisions

In the event of disputes, the applicable law shall apply.
